Our friendly, caring and cheerful driver guides are trained to the highest standards of professionalism and double as both experienced drivers and professional safari guides.Most are multi-lingual and all are exceptionally proficient in game-spotting, flora and ornithology.
Fielding an in-depth knowledge of all the Parks and Reserves, our guides are also knowledgeable on such matters as; weather conditions, local attractions and the cultural and historical background of the various East African regions.
![]() | Sammy Njuguna,0722551777. Sammy is an excellent guide with particular insight into the ways of the Maasai people. Born in 1979, he was brought up in Narok town, on the fringes of Maasai Mara and his upbringing gives him deep insight into the Maasai tribe and his knowledge and familiarity with wildlife throughout Kenya and particularly in the Mara makes him an extremely accomplished safari guide. He joined Lake View training institute in Naivasha and successfully attained a diploma in tour guiding. He has attended numerous refresher courses at Kenya Utalii College. He joined tourism industry in 2005. He holds a bronze medal awarded by KPSGA. He speaks french as the foreign language. |

![]() | James Kirima, 0726-341721 James is an extremely popular guide, much sort after by his professional and amateur photographers due to his informed and quality guiding skills. He is an expert natural history guide as well as an accomplished wildlife and birdlife guide. He enjoys being out in the bush and sharing the excitement with visitors. He is a member of the Kenya Professional Safari Guides. He was born in the eastern slopes of Mount Kenya in 1963. He enrolled for a tour guiding course in Kenya Utalii College in 1984 and thereafter joined Abercrombie and Kent as a safari driver guide. He speaks fluent French as the foreign language.He holds a bronze medal awarded by KPSGA. |

Akamba by tribe from Eastern province born in 1972. He joined tourism industry in 2003, after successfully completing a tour guiding course at Air Travel and related studies. In addition, he is a bronze medal holder awarded by KPSGA. |
![]() | Daniel Nduati, 0721400733. Daniel was brought up in the fertile highlands of Central Kenya in 1970. His interest to tourism started during his teenage. He enrolled for French diploma courses and afterward found himself teaching French language in three major colleges namely Global Institute, Brilliant College and Metropolitan College all within Kenya’s capital city, Nairobi. He became more passionate about travel and in year 2002, started his career as a driver guide. It’s fascinating to learn that Daniel is talented in fluently speaking three different foreign languages namely Spanish, French, and Gujarat. More to this, he can fluently speak at least five different local languages in Kenya, namely Maasai, Samburu, Kikuyu, swahili, and Kisii. He is an excellent skilled guide, possess a sense of humour and a deep knowledge of flora and fauna, culture and marine life. He is a bronze medal holder awarded by KPSGA. |
![]() | Anthony Mwai Githinji,0720-673075. Anthony was brought up in the slopes of Mount Kenya, born in 1979. He enrolled for his tourism training at Kenya School of guiding and emerged out successful with a diploma in tour guiding. He has attended numerous refresher courses at Kenya Utalii College. He joined Paws Africa Safaris in 2004, and has proved to be a hardworking ambitious driver guide. He is one of the most knowledgeable and entertaining guides and a particular favorite with photographers thanks to his willingness to get up in time for dawn-shoots and commitment to driving tirelessly all day in search of the perfect setting and subjects. He is one of Kenya’s top ornithological guides with massive experience and knowledge of bird species in the more remote areas of East Africa. Multi-talented, mild and a fascinating guide and raconteur, he is one of the bronze members of the KSPGA. In addition to birdlife, he has a deep passion for wildlife and interest in botany. |
